HOW DO YOU ARMCHAIR?

I'm Tammy from Mug of Moxie. I blog mostly YA. I'm from a small town in Idaho. No book stores! Thankfully we have a great public library. And I do buy alot of used books from Amazon. I started blogging a couple of years ago with the intention of reviewing YA books for the pubic library I worked for. What started as a job turned into a love for YA. With blogging I discovered a whole world of people that love reading and talking about books as much as I do! I now work for a school district and blog in my spare time. I love posting reviews, meeting other bloggers and finding great books to read.

I'm green with envy back here in Idaho, and was so excited to see that there is a virtual convention-called Armchair BEA! All the details and an agenda are available on the website-Armchair BEA. One week of school are left! Reading and blogging have practically come to a halt as I scramble to attend baseball games, sign ups for soccer and swimming lessons, fill out paper work and schedule football and basketball camps, plan year end stuff for my reading classes at school...well you get the picture. I'm looking forward to three months off to READ, work in my yard and travel with my kids(in between their summer schedules)
So because I have been feeling a little guilty for putting my blog and fellow bloggers on the back burner I want to do a "JUST BECAUSE" GIVEAWAY:

My What BIG eyes you have!

Trending now in a BIG way.... Fairy Tales! They are no longer just in books or on the big screen. This Fall in addition to Once Upon A Time I saw a preview for The Brothers Grimm. Check it out. This trailer had me on the edge of my seat. YIKES! Suddenly TV looks interesting again.

Scorching Hot Right Now!

FAIRY TALES!!
It's time to jump on the fairy tale band wagon!
First there was Red Riding Hood and Beastly on the big screen. Rumors of the movie versions of Snow White and Hansel and Gretal are floating around.
Now ads for a new series coming this Fall -Once Upon A Time.
The trailer is on youtube and actually looks promising. I'll be tuning in to check it out.
